Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-27 — effective August 27, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Jadogo, an automated phone answering, text-back and appointment-booking service for local trade and service businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

Jadogo answers calls to a phone number we provision for your business, greets callers with a recorded or synthesized greeting, captures caller details, sends automated text messages, and can create appointment records based on the availability you configure.

Jadogo is a software tool. It is not a live human answering service, an emergency dispatch service, or a substitute for your own judgement about which jobs to take.

2. Eligibility and account accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You agree that the name, business name, email address and phone number you provide are real, current and yours to use, and that you will keep them up to date.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password confidential.

3. What we do not guarantee

We make no promise about call volume, the number of leads or bookings you receive, conversion rates, revenue, or any business outcome. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your responsiveness and factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Jadogo depends on third-party carriers, telephone networks, AI providers and hosting infrastructure that can fail, delay or block traffic. Messages and calls may be delayed, misdelivered or not delivered at all.

Automated transcription, call summaries and AI-generated replies can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing captured leads and bookings before relying on them.

We do not offer a service-level agreement, uptime percentage or credit scheme unless we have agreed one with you separately in writing.

4. Emergencies

Jadogo must never be used as an emergency service. Callers with a life-threatening, gas, fire, flooding or other emergency situation must contact the relevant emergency services directly. Emergency routing features, where enabled, are a convenience and are not guaranteed to reach anyone.

5. Your responsibilities for messaging compliance

You are the sender of record for messages sent from your business number. You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications and messaging laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines in the United States, and any equivalent rules where you operate.

You will not use Jadogo to send marketing blasts, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to numbers that have opted out, and you will not upload purchased or scraped contact lists.

Carriers may suspend or reject messaging from your number for reasons outside our control. We will pass on any suspension we are notified of, but we cannot override carrier decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use Jadogo for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing, will not attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service, and will not resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that risks our carrier or payment relationships.

7. Fees, billing and non-payment

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. A valid payment method is required before your number is provisioned and must remain on file.

If a payment fails, we begin a reminder sequence and allow a grace period of 30 calendar days from the first failed payment. If payment is not resolved within that period, service on your number is suspended and your customers will no longer be answered or booked. Service resumes automatically once a payment succeeds.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and phone numbers may be released after cancellation.

8. Your data and your customers' data

You keep ownership of your business data and of the caller and customer information captured through your account. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and transmit that data in order to run the service.

You confirm you have the right to collect and process caller and customer information through Jadogo and to have us process it on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

Jadogo relies on third parties including telephony and messaging carriers, AI model providers, payment processors, email providers, and cloud hosting. Their availability, pricing and policies can change, and their failures can affect the service. We are not liable for third-party outages or decisions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jadogo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost bookings, missed calls, reputational harm, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, the content of messages sent from your number, your breach of these terms, or your breach of messaging or privacy laws.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these terms, or if we stop offering the service. Where we discontinue the service generally, we will give reasonable notice.

On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to any records we must retain for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use Jadogo after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated terms. Each version you accept is archived with the date of acceptance.
