2. We review the actual workload. We define what the AI Employee should handle, what questions it should ask, how scheduling works and which situations require a human.
3. We connect the communication flow. We configure the Jadogo-managed phone/SMS workflow and the appointment process needed for that business.
4. We test before activation. Calls, texts, lead capture and booking behavior are reviewed against the business rules before the AI Employee goes live.
